DAVID HO - DIRECTOR

David Ho, TEDGE Company Limited's Director, oversees product management and business strategies for the company. Ho has more than 20 years' of experience in financial, marketing, operation, technology and global and regional business venture investment. Furthermore, Ho brings "hands on" operations, systems development and project management experience to TEDGE.

Ho began his career in the financial industry where he worked with several major US banks. He then moved to Director positions for two leading technology companies. During his tenure there, he was the driving force behind to introduce and implement new technology solutions for B2B and B2C businesses. 

Ho was also the Managing Director for Asia Pacific Region of Adforce Asia Limited, a NASDAQ Application Service Provider, where he built up a greater China team in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan and, a Vice President of Operations of iMagic Infomedia Technology Company, a multimedia information technology original developer manufacturing (ODM) and original equipment manufacturing (OEM) company, where he ensured its business operations in the US, Europe, China and Hong Kong. Ho previously held the position of Executive Director of a Hong Kong listed electronic manufacturing company. 

Ho holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from University of Washington, USA and a MBA degree in Finance and Marketing from University of British Columbia, Canada. 

何廣權 - 董事

何廣權是銳達數碼之董事，肩負產品管理和釐訂公司發展策略的責任。何氏在財務、市場推廣、營運、科技以至環球和地區性創業投資各方面擁有超過二十年經驗，為TEDGE之營運、系統發展和項目管理範疇帶來了豐富的實質操作經驗。

何氏始於從事財務工作，曾在數家美國主要銀行任職，並先後在兩家知名資訊科技公司出任董事，致力為商業對商業(B2B)和商業對消費者(B2C)業務，推動和實施最新科技方案。

何氏也曾在納斯達克(NASDAQ)上市之應用服務供應商Adforce Asia Limited任職亞太區執行董事，協助該公司在中國、香港和台灣建立大中華區團隊。此外，何氏分別為多媒體資訊科技原開發暨原設備製造商iMagic Infomedia Technology Company出任營運總裁，負責美國、歐洲、中國和香港之業務營運，以及為一家香港上市之電子製造商擔任執行董事。

何氏持有美國University of Washington會計學學士學位，和加拿大University of British Columbia 財務及市場學工商管理碩士學位。
