CONWELL NG - CHAIRMAN AND DIRECTOR

Conwell Ng, TEDGE Company Limited's Chairman and Executive Director, is a co-founder of the company. In TEDGE, Ng plays an important role in managing all significant IT projects and software development. He also oversees research & development, technical resources allocation and the development of Internet kiosk technology. 

Prior to joining TEDGE, Ng was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Codebank Company Limited (listed on the HKSE with stock code: 8162). He led numerous award-winning projects, including Open University of Hong Kong's e-Library, which won the prestigious Stockholm Challenge Award organized by the City of Stockholm Economic Development Agency in Sweden in 2000, and hkevents.net project, which won the Platinum Award of the Hong Kong eAward Competition presented by Hong Kong Productivity Council. Ng also led various sizeable system development projects for Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Securities and Futures Commission.

Prior to joining Codebank, Conwell was the System Analyst of GlobalNet Telecommunications International, where he managed all Intranet development including the design for The American Consulate General in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Tourism Board and Ricacorp Properties.

Conwell holds a Bachelor degree in Computing from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

伍永康 - 主席兼執行董事

伍永康是銳達數碼的創辦人之一，現任該公司之主席兼執行董事，在銳達數碼，伍氏在管理重要資訊項目和軟件開發都擔當重要角色，並且負責監察研發、技術資源分佈和開發互聯網資訊亭科技。

在創辦銳達數碼之前，伍氏乃香港上市公司數碼庫有限公司(香港聯交所代號8162 ) 創辦人之一兼技術總監，領導數碼庫在二零零零年贏取多個獎項，包括憑藉「香港公開大學之電子圖書館」獲得由瑞典知名City of Stockholm Economic Development Agency舉辦之Stockholm Challenge Award，和憑藉「hkevents.net」贏得由香港生產力促進局頒發之香港e大賞白金獎。伍氏也曾為香港金融管理局和香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會督導多個大型系統發展項目。

在加入數碼庫之前，伍氏乃環球資訊國際有限公司之系統分析員，管理美國駐港領事館、香港旅遊發展局和利嘉閣地產集團等多個客戶之內聯網項目。

伍氏持有香港理工大學電子計算系學士學位。
